As you probably already know, the Wealthify app is getting a much-needed glow-up. But it hasn’t just had a simple refresh: we’ve rebuilt it entirely from scratch!
Why have we done this, you ask? Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just update the design of the old app and add some new features? In short, yes, it probably would have been. But taking the time to completely rebuild the app has allowed us to make it faster, more accessible and visually appealing.

If you’re reading this before the new app launches, it will be with you very soon. So, here’s what you can expect to see in the new Wealthify app when you try it for yourself…
Performance charts
Get a clearer overview of how your Plan is doing with our new performance charts. Easily check how your investments have performed over set periods of time (such as the previous week or even the past 5 years, or even a more specific timeframe, such as a certain week or month) to see any changes and when they happened.
Improved projections
Thinking of setting up a Direct Debit or paying a lump sum into your Plan? Our improved projections calculator won’t just tell you how much your investment pot could be worth after a certain number of years, and in different market conditions. It will now show you how this compares to your Plan as it currently stands, so you can make a more informed decision on whether to boost your investment.
Dark mode
Want to check your investment performance or top-up your Plan right before you fall asleep? Maybe you just think apps look better in dark mode? We’ve now introduced our very own dark mode, so you can preserve your battery and reduce the strain on your eyes when browsing in bed (come on – we all do it).
Faster loading
Who wants to spend loads of time waiting for something to load? That’s why we’ve made it even quicker to create a Plan and check how it’s doing. With up to 3x quicker launch speeds and faster loading throughout the app, it’s now slicker and more responsive than ever.
Increased accessibility
We want everyone to have a great experience using our app. That’s why we’ve worked hard to ensure the new one works flawlessly with the accessibility features on Android and iOS devices, including custom font size and weighting, and screen readers like VoiceOver and TalkBack.
Enhanced security
One of the things we pride ourselves on is how secure our app is. So, it made sense to keep a lot of the security features we had in our old app, such as two-factor authentication. However, we’ve now added even more protection to keep your account (and money) safe.
If you already have our original app installed on your device and have automatic updates turned on, the new one will be ready and waiting for you to try soon.
If this isn’t the case, then keep your eyes peeled as you’ll get a notification in the old app as soon as the new one becomes available.
