These T&Cs apply for an account registered after 12:00am 27/10/2025.

  1. Offer Considerations
  1. As with all investing, your money is at risk as the value can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest.
  2. The tax treatment of your investment will depend on your individual circumstances and may change in the future.
  3. If you are unsure about whether investing is right for you, please seek financial advice.
  4. If you transfer an existing investment to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. You should consider if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
  5. You should understand the different fees and charges before making any transfers, checking that everything makes financial sense for you.
  1. What Is This Promotion For?
  1. Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion is for reduced management fees only on your first created Wealthify Stocks & Shares Junior ISA Plan opened during the offer period.
  2. The first 12-month period will be free of management fees and will start from the date your first Stocks & Shares Junior ISA Plan is created.
  1. How Do You Qualify?
  1. You must be a new Wealthify customer aged 18 or over and a tax resident of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  2. You must click the ‘Register For Offer’ button and open a Wealthify Account before 23:59 on Friday 20th March 2026 (extended from Friday 27th February 2026) through the dedicated link only available on Moneytothemasses.com and create a Stocks & Shares Junior ISA Plan within your Account.
  1. Who And What Does Not Qualify For This Promotion?

This promotion is not available for:

  1. Current Wealthify customers or if you have previously opened a Wealthify Account; or

  2. Wealthify Self-Invested Personal Pension Plans, Stocks & Shares ISA Plans, General Investment Account (GIA) Plans, Wealthify Instant Access Savings Accounts or Wealthify Cash ISAs. Only the first created Junior Stocks & Shares ISA Plan under your Account will qualify for this promotion.

  1. What Fees Are Not Covered By This Promotion?
  1. Investment costs and other fees or charges are not covered as part of the offer and will still apply. The 12-month fee-free period is for Wealthify management fees on your first created Stocks & Shares Junior ISA Plan only. For full details of our fees and costs, see our fees page.
  1. When Will I Not Receive The Fee Free Period?
  1. If you create a Wealthify Account using any route other than the dedicated link only available on Moneytothemasses.com.
  2. If you no longer hold your first Wealthify Stocks & Shares Junior ISA Plan.
  3. After the initial 12-month period noted in clause 2b above, the fee free period will cease and you will revert to standard Wealthify management fees.
  4. Wealthify Accounts with unfunded Plans may be cancelled and not re-created at the reduced fee rate.
  1. Other Important Terms
  1. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
  2. The Wealthify standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.
  3. This reduced fee offer is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.
  4. Only one Wealthify Account is permitted per customer.
  5. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
  6. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
  7. This offer is not open to any employees of Wealthify or Embark.
  8. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
