Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Wealthify Limited (“Wealthify”) whose registered office is at Tec Marina, Terra Nova Way, Penarth, CF64 1SA.
  2. To enter the prize draw, you must complete and submit the web navigation survey by midnight on the 8th December 2022.
  3. One prize winner of £250 will be drawn at random from all completed web navigation surveys on the 12th December 2022.
  4. The £250 prize will be paid into a Wealthify Plan of the winners choosing.
  5. Wealthify will contact the winner within 14 days of the draw date via email.
  6. Wealthify will attempt to contact the winner by email twice. If the winner does not respond or the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the second notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn at random.
  7. Only one entry per person.
  8. You have to use the email address that we sent the invite to.
  9. Completed web navigation surveys without an email address provided, or with an incorrectly formatted email address will not be included within the draw.
  10. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this prize draw at any time without notice.
  11. The Wealthify standard terms and conditions apply and are not affected in any way by this prize draw.
  12. The prize will form part of the winners Plan value and as may be subject to investment fees (https://www.wealthify.com/why-invest/fees)
  13. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
  14. This offer is not open to any employees of Wealthify or Winterflood Business Services, Embark and Aviva.
  15. The winners name and county shall be available upon request after 1st March 2023.
  16. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
