1. Offer Considerations
a. You must register for this offer before the closing date. However, this does not mean you must transfer straight away and you can take time to consider if investing with Wealthify is right for you.
b. If you transfer your existing pension to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. You should consider if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
c. You should understand the different fees and charges before making any transfers, checking that everything makes financial sense for you.
d. We are unable to accept any pensions that you’re taking an income from or transfer any pensions with defined benefits or guarantees. For other pensions, you should also consider whether you may lose any other valuable benefits if you transfer, such as loyalty bonuses.
e. As with all investing, your money is at risk as the value can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest. The tax treatment of your investment will depend on your individual circumstances and may change in the future. 2. How Do You Qualify?
a. This offer is open to new and existing customers of Wealthify.
b. You must be a tax resident of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and at least 18 years old.
c. This offer is for a transfer of one or more existing pensions into a Wealthify Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
d. You must register your interest in this offer between 9th September 2024 and 23:59 on the 9th December 2024. This is your ‘Registration Date’.

3. Who Does Not Qualify For This Promotion?
a. This promotion is not available for:
i. Customers who do not meet our eligibility criteria.
ii. Deposits or transfers made into a Wealthify Instant Access Savings Account, ISA, Junior ISA or General Investment Account.
4. How Will You Get Cashback
a. The cashback will be based on the combined total value of completed transfers (the ‘Qualifying Investment’) into your Wealthify SIPP, in line with the following and subject to these terms and conditions:
i. £25 cashback for transfers totalling between £1,000 - £4,999.99
ii. £100 cashback for transfers totalling between £5,000 - £12,499.99
iii. £200 cashback for transfers totalling between £12,500 - £24,999.99
iv. £400 cashback for transfers totalling between £25,000 - £49,999.99
v. £800 cashback for transfers totalling between £50,000 - £99,999.99
vi. £1,000 cashback for transfers totalling £100,000 or more.
b. All transfer request forms must be submitted to Wealthify within six (6) months of your offer Registration Date, and funds must be received within twelve (12) months of your offer Registration Date.
c. The maximum amount of cashback you could receive by taking up this offer is £1,000. You can make multiple pension transfers into your SIPP to boost the amount of cashback you could receive – up to the maximum cashback reward of £1,000.
d. Subject to 4(b) and 4(c), the cashback will be calculated based on all successfully completed transfers received into your Wealthify SIPP.
e. You must remain invested until the end of the twelve (12)-month period following your offer Registration Date.
f. Within thirty (30) calendar days following the twelve (12)-month period noted in 4(e) above, the cashback will be paid directly into the bank account associated with your Wealthify account or into your SIPP.
g. If the cashback cannot be paid into the bank account associated with your Wealthify account or your SIPP for any reason, it may be paid into an alternative Wealthify Plan under the same account.
5. When Will You Not Get Cashback
a. If you have not registered for the offer before initiating a transfer into your SIPP.
b. Any transfers to Wealthify already initiated before the 9th September 2024.
c. If a transfer request is not started within six (6) months of your offer Registration Date or funds are not received within twelve (12) months of your offer Registration Date.
d. Cash deposits or any other subscription into your SIPP that is not a transfer of an existing pension.
e. If any pending transfers are cancelled or amended after the six (6)-month period following the offer Registration Date, or any transfers do not successfully complete, then they will not be considered under this promotion.
f. If you transfer out the full value before the end of the twelve (12)-month period following your offer Registration Date.
g. Any partial transfers out of your SIPP during the twelve (12)-month period following the offer Registration Date will be netted off any Qualifying Investments received, so only a partial cashback may be awarded, or no award if the net Qualifying Investment is less than £1,000.
h. Only one cashback award per person will qualify and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other cashback, transfer or fee-free offer.
6. Other Important Terms
a. By registering for this offer, you agree to receive occasional reminders about this promotion.
b. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
c. The Wealthify standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.
d. The cashback is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.
e. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
f. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
g. This offer is not open to any employees of Wealthify or Embark.
h. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
