Wealthify ISA Season 2023 Transfer Cashback Offer

1. This cashback offer is open to new and existing Wealthify customers who are aged 18 years or older and are tax residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
2. This promotion provides a cashback for successfully completed investment transfers to Wealthify, in line with the following and subject to these terms and conditions
   a) Transfers between £50 and £9,999 will receive £50
   b) Transfers between £10,000 and £19,999 will receive £100; or
   c) Transfers of £20,000 or above will receive £200
3. This promotion will be open from 10th March 2023 and registration for the promotion closes on 11th May 2023 at 23:59.
4.  To qualify for this promotion, you must:
   a) register your interest through the promotional landing page before the closing date noted in clause 3;
   b) transfer the funds (“Qualifying Investment”) within six months of registering your interest (the "Qualifying Period"); and
   c) not withdraw the Qualifying Investment during the first six months or make a withdrawal that takes the total investment within the Plan under the Qualifying Investment.
5. The maximum amount of cashback available is £200 per product up to a maximum of two product cashback awards. This means the maximum amount of cashback you could receive by taking up this offer is £400.
6. If you are transferring multiple accounts, all transfer requests must be made within the Qualifying Period and the cashback will only be paid once all transfers have been completed successfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. To activate this offer and receive cashback, please make sure you visit the Transfer Offer promotion page where you will need to register for the offer. To do this, you will be prompted to either sign in if you are an existing customer, or to create an account if you are a new Wealthify customer. If you have not registered for the offer before choosing to transfer to Wealthify, the cashback cannot be paid.
8. This is a transfer promotion only. If the total value falls below the qualifying amount, it cannot be topped up with cash deposits in order to receive the cashback.
9. You must remain invested in your Wealthify Plan for six months to be eligible for the cashback. Early withdrawal of the full Plan value or a partial withdrawal taking the Plan value lower than the Qualifying Investment will invalidate this offer.
10. Within 30 days following the six-month period noted in clause 9 above, the cashback will be paid directly into your Plan or the bank account associated with your Wealthify account.
11. Wealthify will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. It’s worth finding out if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
12. We are unable to accept transfers of any pensions that you’re taking an income from or transfers of any pensions with defined benefits or guarantees.
13. If you’re arranging an ISA transfer from a previous tax year and you already have a Stocks and Shares ISA for the current tax year, the cashback will be paid into your bank account. If you’d like to transfer money you’ve contributed during the current tax year, you’ll have to transfer the full amount.
14. If the cashback would result in you going over your annual allowance for your ISA then it may be paid into your nominated bank account.
15. Only one Wealthify account is permitted per customer and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other transfer offer.
16. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.

18. By registering for this offer, you agree to receive occasional reminders about this promotion during the Qualifying Period.
19. This promotion is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.
