  1. Offer Considerations
  1. You must register for this offer before the closing date. This does not mean you must transfer or invest straight away, please take time to consider if investing with Wealthify is right for you.
  2. This offer is for a Stocks and Shares ISA (‘Investment ISA’) only and excludes any transfers or deposits into a Wealthify Cash ISA, Instant Access Savings Account, Junior ISA, General Investment Account (GIA), or Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
  3. If you transfer an existing Investment ISA to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. You should consider if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
  4. You should understand the different fees and charges before making any transfers, checking that everything makes financial sense for you.
  5. As with all investing, your money is at risk as the value can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest. The tax treatment of your investment will depend on your individual circumstances and may change in the future. If you are unsure about whether investing is right for you, please seek financial advice.
  1. How Do You Qualify?
  1. You must be a new or existing Wealthify customer and a tax resident of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  2. You must register your interest in transferring an existing Investment ISA or making deposits into a Wealthify Investment ISA. This is your ‘Offer Registration Date’.
  3. You must register this interest before 23:59 on 31st May 2026 (extended from 2nd March 2026) through the dedicated offer page.
  1. Who Does Not Qualify For This Promotion?
  1. This promotion is not available for customers who make deposits and/or transfers into a Wealthify Cash ISA, Instant Access Savings Account, a Junior ISA, GIA, or SIPP.
  1. How Will You Get Cashback?
  1. All transfer request forms must be submitted to Wealthify within six (6) months of your Offer Registration Date and funds received within twelve (12) months of your Offer Registration Date.
  2. All cash deposits must be received within six (6) months of your Offer Registration Date.
  3. The transfers and/or deposit timeframes noted in 4(a) and 4(b) above shall be known as the ‘Qualifying Period’.
  4. Subject to 4(f) below, the cashback will be based on the combined net value of completed transfers and/or deposits (the ‘Qualifying Investment’) within the Qualifying Period and in line with the following and subject to these terms and conditions:
    i. £50 cashback for transfers and/or deposits between £5,000 - £10,000
    ii. £100 cashback for transfers and/or deposits of £10,001 - £20,000
    iii. £250 cashback for transfers and/or deposits of £20,001-£50,000
    iv. £500 cashback for transfers and/or deposits of £50,001-£100,000
    v. £1,000 cashback for transfers and/or deposits of £100,000+ 
  5. The cashback will be calculated based on all successful deposits, and transfers requested, into the Investment ISA during the 6 months after your Offer Registration Date.
  6. Any withdrawals or transfers out of your existing Investment ISA between the 2nd September 2025 and the Offer Registration Date will be deducted from any qualifying deposits. 
  7. The maximum amount of cashback available is £1,000 per Investment ISA customer. 
  8. You must remain invested until the end of the eighteen (18)-month period following your Offer Registration Date. 
  9. Within thirty (30) calendar days following the eighteen (18)-month period noted in 4(h) above, the cashback will be paid directly into your first funded Wealthify Investment ISA under this offer.
  10. If the cashback cannot be paid into the Investment ISA for any reason and cannot be paid into an alternative Plan under the same account, it may be paid directly into the bank account associated with your Wealthify Account.
  1. When Will You Not Get Cashback
  1. If you have not registered for the offer before initiating a transfer or making a deposit into an Investment ISA.
  2. If a transfer request is not started within the Qualifying Period, being within six (6) months of your Offer Registration Date or not received within twelve (12) months of your Offer Registration Date.
  3. Any cash deposit not received within the Qualifying Period, being six (6) months of your Offer Registration Date will not be a Qualifying Investment.
  4. If any pending transfers are cancelled or amended after the twelve (12)-month period following the Offer Registration Date, or any transfer does not successfully complete, then they will not be considered under this promotion.
  5. If you make an early withdrawal of the full Investment ISA value before the end of the eighteen (18)-month period following your Offer Registration Date.
  6. Any partial withdrawals made during the eighteen (18)-month period following the Offer Registration Date will be netted off against any Qualifying Investments received, so only a partial cashback may be awarded, or no award if the net Qualifying Investment is less than £5,000.
  7. Per clause 4(f), if you have withdrawn or transferred out between the 2nd September 2025 and the Offer Registration Date and your net deposits do not meet the minimum value required for a cashback award.

  1. By registering for this offer, you agree to receive occasional reminders about this promotion.
  2. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
  3.  The Wealthify standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer. 
  4. ISA Regulations apply, and Wealthify reserve the right not to pay cashback under this offer if you have exceeded your £20,000 annual ISA allowance by subscribing to an ISA with another ISA Manager.
  5. The cashback is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.
  6. Only one Wealthify Account is permitted per customer.
  7. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
  8. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
  9. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.>
