1. The promoter of this offer is Wealthify Limited (“Wealthify”) whose registered office is at Tec Marina, Terra Nova Way, Penarth, CF64 1SA
2. This promotion is open only to new Wealthify customers who are tax residents of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and who fund a Wealthify ISA, Junior ISA or General Investment Account Plan.
3. This offer is not available for the Wealthify Pension product.
4. The promotion is for £25 paid into your new Wealthify Plan, or bank account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Registration for this promotion is open from 00:00 Wednesday 28^th December 2022 and closes 23:59 on Thursday 26^th January 2023.
6. To qualify for this promotion, you must open a Wealthify Account through the promotional landing page during the timeframe above, and create a Plan funded by at least £25 (“Qualifying Investment”) by 29^th April 2023.
7. The £25 will be paid after 12 months of the Qualifying Investment being made.
8. The £25 will be paid directly into the Plan within 30 days following the 12-month period noted in clause 6 above.
9. If the new Plan is a Junior ISA, the £25 will be paid into this Plan and will form part of the child’s investment.
10. If the £25 cannot be paid into the Plan for any reason, and cannot be paid into an alternative Plan under the same account, the £25 will be paid directly into your bank account.
11. In order to qualify for the offer you must not withdraw the Qualifying Investment during the first 12 months, or make a withdrawal that takes the total investment within the Plan under the Qualifying Investment.
12. Only one £25 award per Account will qualify under this promotion, to be paid into the first funded Plan.
13. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
