  1. Offer Considerations
  1. You must register for this offer before the closing date. This does not mean you must transfer straight away but take time to consider if investing with Wealthify is right for you.
  2. If you transfer an existing investment to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. You should consider if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
  3. You should understand the different fees and charges before making any transfers, checking that everything makes financial sense for you.
  4. We are unable to accept any pensions that you’re taking an income from or transfer any pensions with defined benefits or guarantees. For other pensions, you should also consider whether you may lose any other valuable benefits if you transfer, such as loyalty bonuses.
  5. As with all investing, your money is at risk as the value can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you invest. The tax treatment of your investment will depend on your individual circumstances and may change in the future. If you are unsure about whether investing is right for you, please seek financial advice.
  1. How Do You Qualify?
  1. You must be a new Wealthify customer and a tax resident of Great Britain, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
  2. You must register your interest in transferring funds or making deposits into a Wealthify investment Plan (being an ISA, Junior ISA, General Investment Account (GIA) or SIPP (Personal Pension)). This is your ‘Registration Date’.
  3. You must register this interest before 23:59 on Friday 31st May 2024 through the dedicated offer page.
  1. Who Does Not Qualify For This Promotion?
  1. This promotion is not available for:
  1. Current Wealthify customers or if you have previously opened a Wealthify Account; or
  2. Deposits made into a Wealthify Instant Access Savings Account.
  1. How Will You Get Cashback
  1. The cashback will be based on the combined total value of completed transfers and deposits (the ‘Qualifying Investment’) into your first funded Wealthify investment Plan, in line with the following and subject to these terms and conditions
  1. £50 cashback for deposits and/or transfers between £250 - £999.99
  2. £100 cashback for deposits and/or transfers between £1,000 - £4,999.99
  3. £200 cashback for deposits and/or transfers between £5,000 - £9,999.99
  4. £350 cashback for deposits/and or transfers between £10,000 - £19,999.99
  5. £500 cashback for deposits/and or transfers between £20,000 - £29,999.99
  6. £600 cashback for deposits/and or transfers between £30,000 - £39,999.99
  7. £700 cashback for deposits/and or transfers between £40,000 - £49,999.99
  8. £800 cashback for deposits/and or transfers between £50,000 - £99,999.99
  9. £1,000 cashback for deposits/and or transfers of £100,000 or more.
  1. All transfer request forms must be submitted to Wealthify within six (6) months of your Registration Date and funds received within twelve (12) months of your Registration Date.
  2. All cash deposits must be received within six (6) months of your Registration Date.
  3. The maximum amount of cashback you could receive by taking up this offer is £1,000. Subject to 4(b) and (c) above, you can make multiple deposits and transfers into your new investment Plan or make multiple deposits to boost the amount of cashback you could receive – up to the maximum cashback reward of £1,000.
  4. The cashback will be calculated based on all successfully completed transfers and deposits received into your first funded Wealthify Plan.
  5. You must remain invested until the end of the twelve (12)-month period following your Registration Date.
  6. Within thirty (30) calendar days following the twelve (12)-month period noted in 4(f) above, the cashback will be paid directly into your first funded Wealthify investment Plan.
  7. If the cashback cannot be paid into the Plan for any reason and cannot be paid into an alternative Plan under the same account, it may be paid directly into the bank account associated with your Wealthify Account.
  8. If the first funded new Plan is a Junior ISA, the cashback will be paid into this Plan and will form part of the child’s investment.
  1. When Will You Not Get Cashback
  1. If you have not registered for the offer before initiating a transfer or making a cash deposit into a Wealthify ISA, Junior ISA, GIA or SIPP.
  2. If a transfer request is not started within six (6) months of your Registration Date or not received within twelve (12) months of your Registration Date.
  3. Any cash deposit not received within six (6) months of your Registration Date will not be a Qualifying Investment.
  4. If any pending transfers are cancelled or amended after the six (6)-month period following the Registration Date, or any transfer does not successfully complete, then they will not be considered under this promotion.
  5. If you make an early withdrawal of the full Plan value before the end of the twelve (12)-month period following your Registration Date.
  6. Any partial withdrawals made from the first funded Plan during the twelve (12)-month period following the Registration Date will be netted off any Qualifying Investments received, so only a partial cashback may be awarded, or no award if the net Qualifying Investment is less than £250.
  7. Only one cashback award per Wealthify Account will qualify under this offer to be paid into the first funded investment Plan. Additional Plans opened under your Account will not qualify for cashback under this offer.
  1. Other Important Terms
  1. By registering for this offer, you agree to receive occasional reminders about this promotion.
  2. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
  3. The Wealthify standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.
  4. The cashback is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.
  5. Only one Wealthify Account is permitted per customer and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other cashback or transfer offer.
  6. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
  7. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
  8. This offer is not open to any employees of Wealthify, Embark or Winterflood Business Services.
  9. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
