a. Subject to these terms and conditions, this promotion is for reduced Wealthify management fees on Wealthify Stocks & Shares ISA Plans, Junior Stocks & Shares ISA Plans, General Investment Account (GIA) Plans or Personal Pensions (SIPPs) – together known as ‘Investment Plan(s)’.
b. The first 12-month period will be free of management fees and will start from the date your first Investment Plan is opened.
c. After the initial 12-month period noted in clause 2b above, an annual management fee of 0.45% will apply.
a. You must be a new Wealthify customer aged 18 or over and a tax resident of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
b. You must register for a Wealthify Account through the promotional landing page here with your work email address, being a domain address belonging to your employer.
c. Your employer must be an existing corporate member of FinTech Wales at the time you register.
d. You must open and fund an Investment Plan.
This promotion is not available for:
a. current Wealthify customers or if you have previously opened a Wealthify Account; or
b. customers who make deposits into a Wealthify Instant Access Savings Account, Cash ISA; or
c. employees of firms who are not existing corporate members of FinTech Wales.

a. If you register for a Wealthify Account using an email address which is not a domain address belonging to your employer, then you will not be considered under this promotion.
b. If you register for a Wealthify Account using an email address not recognised as being a corporate member of FinTech Wales.
c. If you change your registered email address to one which is not a domain address belonging to your employer, you will no longer be eligible for the reduced fees and you will revert to standard Wealthify management fees. For full details of our standard fees and costs, see our fees
d. If your employer ceases to be a corporate member of FinTech Wales, you will no longer be eligible for the reduced fees and will revert to standard Wealthify management fees.
e. If you no longer hold a Wealthify Investment Plan.
f. Wealthify Accounts with unfunded Plans may be cancelled and not re-opened at the reduced fee rate.
a. Investing with Wealthify is subject to a suitability assessment and no guarantee is made towards accepting you as a customer.
b. The Wealthify standard terms and conditions also apply and are not affected in any way by this offer.
c. This reduced fee offer is not transferable and there are no alternatives available.
d. If Wealthify reduces its standard management fees on any Investment Plans below the reduced fee rates in this offer, you will not be disadvantaged by this and any lower standard fees will be honoured, if applicable, on the relevant Investment Plan(s).
e. Only one Wealthify Account is permitted per customer and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discounted fee rate.
f. Wealthify reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this promotion at any time without notice.
g. Wealthify accepts no liability or responsibility for claims under this promotion which are lost, delayed or undelivered, nor any liability for technical errors or communication failures in networks and/or internet access.
h. This offer is not open to any employees of Wealthify or Embark.
i. This promotion shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
