That’s right — Wealthify is officially a decade old! And boy, what an exciting 10 years it’s been.
A lot has changed during this time, and it’s been amazing to see our product offering, employee headcount, and customer numbers all grow. We’ve also taken home over 60 awards, partnered with some amazing brands, and become a part of the Aviva family.
So, to celebrate 10 years of Wealthify, here are our top achievements from each year so far:
2016: Wealthify officially launched to the public with two managed-for-you investment products: our Stocks and Shares ISA and General Investment Account.
2017: We first gained backing from Aviva (one of the UK’s largest financial institutions), before becoming fully owned by them just three years later.
2018: We introduced our Ethical Plans, allowing customers to invest their money in a way that aligns with their values.
2019: We added another product to our offering: our multi-award winning Junior Stocks and Shares ISA, so you invest for your children’s futures alongside your own.
2020: We introduced our Personal Pension to make it easier to save for your retirement (and as a bonus: we also won Best Investments Provider at the British Bank Awards!).
2021: We made it possible for customers to invite friends and family to also contribute to their children’s Junior ISAs (because it takes a village, after all).
2022: We refreshed our app, making it slicker and faster, as well as giving you a better view of your Plan’s performance and projections for how it could grow over time.
2023: We teamed up with Young Enterprise to launch Future Skills: a collection of free resources for teachers, designed to help them deliver financial education in schools.
2024: We partnered with ClearBank to launch our first very savings product — our Instant Access Savings Account (which was quickly followed by our Cash ISA).
2025: We won Best Junior ISA for the 7th year running and Best Personal Finance Online Service for the 2nd time in a row at the Personal Finance Awards!
2026: For the first time in our history, women are outweighing men when it comes to new Investment ISA customers. Gender investment gap? Not round these parts.
