The Senior CRM Manager is a new role within the Marketing team responsible for building ongoing relationships with our customers and growing the business through increasing customer lifetime value and loyalty.

With a small team and reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Devising and delivering communications programmes to optimise key CRM journeys (e.g. onboarding and retention), testing messaging, personalisation, offers and incentives.
  • Owning, delivering and reporting against CRM channel targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining and inspiring customer confidence during key moments in the markets.
  • Creating initiatives that build customer advocacy and activate customer referral.
  • Selecting and implementing third-party technology so we can deliver fully automated, real-time communications.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams (brand and digital marketing, product & data analysts) to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.

For this role we’re looking for someone who:

  • Is results-driven and can demonstrate experience of leading a team to deliver success in a similar data-driven CRM role.
  • Has used customer segmentation and personalisation tactics to drive performance.
  • Is highly numerate and analytical, able to communicate insight from data in a clear and logical way.
  • Has experience of selecting and implementing a CRM platform.
  • Knowledge of UK savings, investments, pensions market(s) is desirable, as is a keen interest in FinTech.

We work in a fast-paced start up environment, where the challenge is high, but we support each other to achieve our goals and make sure we have fun along the way.

  • Salary circa £45k p.a. plus bonus, depending on skills and experience
  • 24 days holiday a year – plus bank holidays (you’ll earn an extra day holiday for each full year you’re with us, up to 28 days)

Due to the pandemic, we are currently working from home, and all interviews will be carried out remotely.  Our offices have recently been refurbished to allow for collaborative working once we can return, although there is scope for remote working where the role and team deliveries allow.
