The Role:

We’re seeking a self-motivated Project Manager with strong experience of managing a variety of projects, both business change and technical.

As well as having great project management experience, you’ll also have a pragmatic approach, strong communication skills and the ability to build close working relationships with colleagues and various stakeholders in the business to ensure projects deliver to the changing business needs.

We’re looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit in our open and collaborative culture.

You will work on a variety of projects with the primary focus being on successful delivery of a range of new product/product development initiatives.

Things you’ll be working on:

  • Plan and deliver complex projects, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects through their lifecycle, from requirements gathering, development, delivery, and closure
  • Tightly manage change control processes to ensure the scope and/or budget does not creep, and timely delivery is not hindered
  • Identify and manage risks to the delivery of your projects
  • Regularly report project progress to management
  • Close projects via post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learnt in future projects

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills – including an ability to facilitate effective workshops & meetings
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – including ensuring that communication amongst key stakeholders is effective
  • Teamworking skills


What qualifications will I need?

  • Minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a project management role
