We have also developed a sophisticated suite of APIs and are looking to acquire new customers by partnering with like-minded businesses, such as Starling Bank and Yolt.
Part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement multi-channel marketing activity to meet ambitious growth targets for direct to brand customers.
You’ll be managing a small team consisting of Customer Communications Manager, Content Writer and Content Marketing Exec to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and customer communications, so you’ll need to be results-driven and highly collaborative.
The role is responsible for developing marketing strategy, implementation and delivery of above-the-line advertising, PR and customer communications (CRM) and you’ll provide the CMO with timely, accurate reports and insightful performance analysis. You also working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate campaigns where appropriate.
You’ll be comfortable working in an agile planning environment and have the desire to aim high, work hard and have fun along the way.

At least 5 years multi-channel marketing experience is essential, preferably in digital/financial services where you can demonstrate successful end to end campaign management
Broad knowledge of marketing covering digital, social and traditional channels is essential
Experience/ knowledge of UK savings, investments, pensions market(s) is desirable
Qualifications or skills you will need
