We’ve recently partnered with Aviva, and whilst remaining independent, soon Wealthify will be offered to their millions of customers. We’ll also be doing lots of our own marketing to grow our customer base, and that’s why we’re looking for a Head of Customer Services.

 

Things you’ll be working on
This role is to manage the small but growing Customer Support and Sales team at Wealthify. (Currently five people). We’re looking for someone who will be able to step up and drive and shape the team, whilst ensuring our excellent levels of customer service are maintained.

Core duties will include:

  • Team Management
  • Conducting one to one appraisals
  • Identify training needs and implementing training processes
  • Quality monitoring of calls and emails
  • Complaint and escalation handling
  • Suggest process improvements and workflow reviews
  • Ensuring compliance and security procedures are followed
  • Recruiting and training new members of staff

In addition to the above, being a small company, this is a hands-on role, and on occasions, you may need to pitch in to help provide first line Customer Support or Sales support.

You should be able to work 37.5 hours per week, on a flexible basis. Our Customer Service desk is open from 9am – 6.30pm and Customer Sales work till 7.30pm, Monday - Friday. In the future we may open on Saturdays.

Things you’ll need
We want to make sure you are set for success and this job is right for you. Therefore, it’s important to highlight that you’ll be working in a small team, and the desire to aim high, work hard, communicate effectively and have fun along the way are absolutely essential. You should also be able to confidently:

  • Manage and lead a team of People
  • Communicate effectively
  • Talk to existing or prospective customers on the phone
  • Good computer skills –you’ll be using programs like Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Organise, prioritize and take ownership of your workload

 

What qualifications or skills will I need?

  • Minimum of 3 A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
  • Previous management experience
  • Sound investment knowledge
  • Relevant Investment qualification
