The Executive Assistant position sits within the Support team – providing key support services to Senior Management, in particular the Chief Executive Officer, and the business.
The EA is often the first point of contact for outsiders and in daily contact with people across the organisation.
You will need to be well organised, and an expert multi-tasker, able to manage competing deadlines, have a keen eye for detail and to deal with people in a friendly and professional way.
Things you’ll be working on:
You’ll provide administrative support to the CEO and wider Senior Management team including, for example, diary management, arranging travel plans, minuting key meetings etc.
We’re a small team and there’s plenty of things to be done – so there’s a real chance to carve out an exciting role for yourself over time.
The role is full time, but we will consider flexible working for the right candidate, between the core hours of hours of 9am – 5.30pm. There will be the occasional need to monitor emails outside of core hours in order to support the management team.

Things you’ll need:
We’re looking for someone with a friendly, helpful and positive outlook, who is reliable and has a strong eye to detail.
You must also be highly organised with an ability to multi-task whilst bringing a methodical approach to work tasks.
We're also high-tech company, so good technical skills are essential (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) coupled with excellent communication skills and an ability to work self-sufficiently.
