Customer Services Representative

About the role

You will take responsibility for being the first point of call for incoming customer queries. This includes making and taking inbound and outbound calls and answering live chats and messages. Whilst this will take up most of your time, there will also be day to day customer related tasks which you will be trained to deal with.

You will be talking to prospective customers enthusiastically about our services, helping to explain the features and benefits of wealthify  to them. You will also be speaking with existing customers to better understand their needs and improve their experience at Wealthify .

You should be able to work 37.5 hours per week, on a flexible basis between the hours of 8.30am – 7.30pm Monday to Friday. In the future we may open Saturdays, so this should not be an issue for you.

Things you’ll need

We want to make sure you are set for success and this job is right for you. Therefore, it’s important to highlight that you must be comfortable working in a customer service environment. Effective communication skills being essential, both verbal and written. Other attributes you should have are:

  • Confident in speaking on the telephone with existing or prospective customers
  • Confident with computers. You must be able to comfortably use word, excel and outlook
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to take ownership of workload and work alone
  • Good written skills
  • A basic understanding of investments (or worked in a financial / investment business)


What qualifications or skills will I need?

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Skilled communicator
  • Previous experience working in telesales

  • £18,000 - £22,000 (depending on skills and experience)
