We are looking for a self-motivated BI/MI Developer to create and manage Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.

You should have a background in data and business analysis and be an excellent communicator and team-player.

A talent for problem-solving is also a must – the role requires someone who will improve our business intelligence systems to allow the business to make the correct decisions with all available data.

You will have responsibility for designing, developing and maintaining standard and ad-hoc reports, as well as functional dashboards, working with stakeholders throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

The role will require you to mine and analyse data from company databases and third-party sources to improve product development, marketing techniques and business strategies, by delivering new insights and intelligence gleaned from data.

Contracted hours are 37.5 hours per week, with scope for flexible working (core hours are 9:30 - 4:30pm).



  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data modelling theory / Kimball Methodology / Data Warehouse Design
  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft Stack (SQL, SSAS, Power BI, DAX)
  • ETL / ELT experience (SSIS, Azure Data Factory) is desirable
  • Evidence of delivering business intelligence/data warehouse solutions
  • Strong Database knowledge and experience, including maintenance, optimisation and troubleshooting
  • The ability to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Experience in analysing data from 3rd party providers e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook etc.
  • Client-facing skills, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative
